What is your return policy?
Sorry to tell that we won't have an option of Return, Refund and Replacement. We will verify the product and deliver to you. So there is no chance of Replacement or Return and Refund. We ensure that the product we deliver would be in perfect condition.
Do you offer gift cards?
As we just started this site, we were having few coupons to execute. After signup we will offer a welcome coupon code. The coupon contains 100 - 150 rupees off on orders above 2000. We will mail the concern coupon to your Mail ID (with which you had logged in).
What are the payment options?
At present customers must contact us to complete their order. The payment must be done at advance. After the payment we will send an online/offline receipt as you completed your payment. Present we have both cash and cashless payment. We will send an Invoice with the product.
